Shipping & Handling

Local orders (Thunder Bay City) are available for free pickup the next day after 10 am (please text prior to arrival with the arrival time). Michele Renee Nail Design (Michele Renee Beauty) is not responsible for items that are not picked up at the indicated pickup time. Local deliveries are available on Fridays from 2 - 8 pm and Saturdays from 10 am - 6 pm. 

 

All other orders are shipped within 5-7 business days via Canada Post or Sendle

 

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an Order Fulfilled email with the tracking number.

 

Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

 

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. However, you may email us to inquire about a special order to your address.

 

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure their shipping address is filled out completely and correctly. If an item needs to be re-shipped due to the client’s error, they will be recharged for the additional shipment fees.

 

We are not responsible for customs & duties or potential brokerage fees you may incur.

 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 

We are not liable for any products damaged during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim, and save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

We use recycled and repurposed materials to package your goods whenever we can.​
