In the evening, after cleansing and applying your toner or targeted night care products, smooth a small amount (about 1ml) evenly over the face, avoiding the eye and mouth area. Follow with a regeneration cream or barrier-supportive moisturizer. Rinse off gently in the morning, and apply daily sun protection when skin will be exposed to UV light.
If your skin is sensitive, start with use every 3–4 days. For most skin, 2–3 times per week is ideal. Because this formula contains spicules, you may notice temporary redness or light exfoliation as your skin renews. Adjust frequency based on how your skin responds.
